Breath Work
We will utilise a variety of breathwork techniques to assist in regulating the nervous system, reducing stress, increasing energy levels, enhancing mental clarity, and cultivating a sense of inner peace and well-being

Ice Plunge
Ice baths involve immersing the body in cold water for a short duration. Ice baths can offer a range of physical and mental benefits, including muscle recovery, reduced inflammation,
increased focus, resilience, and stress reduction, contributing to overall well-being and mental clarity.

Community
In our sessions, community is at the heart of everything we do. We come together as a supportive and compassionate collective, united in our journey towards growth and self-discovery.

Our Story
I started my Ice Bath journey with Cold and Conscious at the beginning of 2022. I was not a fan of the cold back then and if you had of told me I'd be sitting in ice baths every week now, I would have told you you're crazy, but I gave it a go and words can't describe the euphoria and clarity I felt afterwards.
I was hooked! I continued showing up for myself weekly and not only noticed such an improvement in my mental health but I had made such beautiful connections with other like minded people (crazy people like myself who sit in ice every weekend)
The breathwork allowed me to no longer hide from my emotions and really deal with what was going on inside me and in my life. I can honestly say the Cold and Conscious community helped me to get through a really difficult chapter of my life and I wouldn't be where I am today without attending those sessions.
I can safely say I have left every session feeling better than I did when I arrived but don't just take my word for it, come try it out for yourself .
